General Update

• I finally tried the Oscar Blandi dry shampoo that Birchbox sent me last month, and um, amazing? Obviously not on par with actually washing my hair, but still pretty much magical.
• This happened because I forgot to set an alarm for myself, woke up 10 minutes before I needed to leave the house, and couldn’t take the time to wash and dry my hair.
• Even though I was late to work, and stuck in a meeting until 9:30, and out of the office for other meetings as of 3:30, I still had a kick-ass day and set myself up to earn at least $1,300 in commission.
• I’ve been warm and in bed ever since I got home. I remembered to eat dinner. I watched an episode of Misfits (way behind the curve on that one, I know). I found out one of my favorite friends will be in Chicago on Friday. I have my silly cat curled up next to me.
• I’m happy and content and quite pleased with my life at present.
